Secretary Jeh Charles Johnson
Our lead advisor is a partner in the Paul, Weiss Firm and former Secretary of Homeland Security. Secretary Johnson is also a Fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers, on the board of directors of Lockheed Martin, and is a regular commentator on homeland and national security on all major network and cable news outlets. He was the 2018 recipient of the Ronald Reagan Peace Through Strength Award, presented at the Reagan Presidential Library.
Secretary Michael Chertoff
Michael Chertoff served as the Secretary of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security from 2005 to 2009, leading the country in blocking would-be terrorists from crossing our borders or implementing their plans if they were already in the country. He also transformed FEMA into an effective organization following Hurricane Katrina, but his greatest successes have earned few headlines – because the important news is what didn’t happen.

Secretary John M. McHugh
John M. McHugh is principal of McHugh LeMay Associates, a consulting firm primarily focused on defense policy matters. Prior to starting his own firm, he served nearly three years as a Government Affairs Counselor in the public policy and law group of K&L Gates in Washington, D.C.
Previously, John M. McHugh served as the 21st Secretary of the United States Army from September 21, 2009 to October 31, 2015. He is the second longest-serving Army secretary in U.S. history.
Dr. Reggie Brothers
Dr. Reggie Brothers is the Chief Executive Officer of BigBear.ai. He was previously Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer of Peraton, and served as a principal with The Chertoff Group.
Formerly, he served as Under Secretary for Science and Technology, Department of Homeland Security, where he was responsible for a science and technology portfolio that included basic and applied research, development, demonstration, testing, and evaluation with the purpose of helping DHS operational elements and the nation’s first responders achieve their mission objectives.
Lt. General James Clapper (ret.)
A retired lieutenant general in the United States Air Force and former Director of National Intelligence. Director Clapper has held several key positions within the United States Intelligence Community, including being the first Director of the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) within the DNI serving the Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence. James also served as the Director of the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA).
Brigadier General Francis X. Taylor (Ret.)
During Brig General Francis X. Taylor’s (Ret.) distinguished 31 years of military service with the Air Force, he received numerous awards and decorations, including the U.S. Distinguished Service Medal, the National Intelligence Distinguished Service Medal, the Legion of Merit, the Defense Superior Service Medal, and the U.S. Department of State Honor Award. His final assignment was Commander of the Air Force Office of Special Investigations, responsible for providing Air Force leaders with comprehensive criminal, fraud, counterintelligence, and security investigation and operations to protect global Air Force operations.
Sherri W. Ramsay
Ms. Ramsay has employed her more than 30 years of National Security Agency experience to provide cybersecurity advice and expertise to US commercial and International clients. She has implemented strategic and operational planning in multiple, diverse mission organizations.
During her NSA career, Ms. Ramsay built and led a 24-hour global Operations Center focused on countering cyber threats, led signals intelligence, information assurance, information technology and research organizations, and developed strategic partnerships with other government and military organizations. She also built and led the operationalization of NSA’s network exploitation mission. As an advisory board member, she has provided vision, mission, goals and overall business strategy to the Chief Executive Officer.
